Your Retreat Weekend

We’ll meet for a gentle flow opening practice at 5pm on Friday afternoon once you settle in. Then we’ll gather for an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian meal, followed by a relaxing evening in the cozy living room.
 

 Saturday morning will start with a light breakfast, an invigorating flow practice in the lakefront studio, followed by a nourishing brunch.

 

Afterwards, you can enjoy more than 25 kilometres of beautiful forest, wetland and lakefront trails and commune with the diverse creatures that make this land home. Heat up in the sauna, or perhaps you’d rather or cozy up with a book by the fire. This is a time to truly take care of you!
 

The afternoon will bring a soothing restora-yin and massage practice, and we’ll enjoy another delicious meal before embarking on a Nidra and sound journey for deep healing.   
 

Sunday will start with fun and dynamic flow practice to wrap up the weekend, and although we check out of the building at 12pm, we’re welcome to enjoy the property for the afternoon.
